November is a special time of the year for us…

At the time of the writing (11/1/21) we are celebrating 13 years of marital…bliss?? Actually, it’s been some REALLY REALLY LOW times…and some really amazing and wonderful times. I really love to look back at some of our pictures together and see how far we’ve really come.

Most people don’t know…but we dated for one year before we got engaged…and we were engaged for three months before we got tied the knot.
Some argued with us about how fast it went, but as Ben put it “when you know you know”. And we knew.
Sharing cake with each other… I’m NOT ashamed to say that I totally threatened him with “NO SEX” if he shoved the cake in my face….
We were 21 when we got married…and a LOT changes as you get older. There have been times that we basically hated each other… times I’ve been moved to tears because of how much I love him - and then moments later back to wanting to smack him!! That’s how it goes when you join your life with another. We really wouldn’t have it any other way… we wouldn’t want to repeat some of those years, but we wouldn’t change them either.
